You should state what games you play to start with.
Do you use RAM with one or two sticks, are they working in dual channel or single channel?
I5-3470 should be good enough CPU for all esports title and few never games, but it can't really keep up with more advanced games in terms of higher settings. Is it getting thermal limited?

I use 2 stick of 4gb ram running at 1600mhz. I'm playing rocket league and some old games that require dual corr cpu. And what do you mean by "Is it getting thermal limited"

Edit: If you meant their temperature, cpu is 35-50c and gpu 60c

IS that 35 - 50 under full load? In that case try to update your drivers, delete useless things from your PC and it will probably improve.

Even if that 1% is under 60, if there is nothing that impacts your gameplay, it should be fine

If my cpu is under full load then yes i saw it max 53c. I can't update my gpu drivers because after the last drivers they said that my gpu won't recevie more updates. And I deleted useless programs and stuff today.

I'll launch ddu in safe mode because i used 2 gpus in this pc and never reinstalled windows.

At least 16 gbs of ram would serve you well, and much faster ram at that. 1600mhz sounds awfully slow.

Well, that's what ram used to be at 3rd generation of intel CPU's
