Your list looks fine, except for the CPU is the 3700X, which is last generation. I would get the 5800X. or 5600X instead. The performance difference in games is significant.

 

5800X if you need the 8 cores (for work / productivity such as video editing, CAD, rendering, etc.), 5600X if you are OK with 6 cores (gaming only). Both will outperform the 3700X for your usage in games, even though the 3700X has 8 cores, the 5600X will be (a good bit) faster in games.
