Chrome not syncing

I have begun setting up a new rig and logged into Chrome with my main account. Nothing is syncing and it is really annoying. Chrome has always synced between my old PC and my MacBook, but for some reason it can't with this new PC - I've tried reinstalling, clearing everything, etc.

Any suggestions?

Let me also mention it's actually showing the number of bookmarks under the "review your synced data" tab..

They just don't appear, the theme doesn't change, etc.

It might be worth uninstalling it from your new PC and trying again, or double checking sync settings on your old PC/mac
