should be in your BIOS under the fan control section, you should be able to disable the alert on it.

This occurs when there is nothing plugged into the CPU Fan header on your motherboard.

If you have nothing plugged into the dedicated Fan header on your motherboard, you can either plug a fan in to have something on there, or you can disable it in the BIOS to not alert/warn.
