Another budget stretching pcpartpicker by me .-.

10900f cause cheap 10 core thats even cheaper than a 5800x and near the price of the 5600x

Cooler is good enough for this cpu, though you may want to set it to 4.6-4.8ghz with 1.25v or less for efficiency or 5.2ghz with the lowest voltage you can get in the bios

Decent z490 board so the vrms dont catch fire powering this nuclear reactor if you set it to 5.2ghz

Cheap mesh case cause good airflow

Decent 700w psu

Shove a hd6350 in it for 5-10$ off ebay, only dx11 but thats a sacrifice for op to make, whether wait it out with an old dx11 hd6350 from ebay or a newer igpu that supports dx12 and might be able to do some gaming if you tweak your settings or oc the igpu via xtu

Or ya know just get the normal 10900 or something or wait for the soon to be released 5700g.

Ocing a hd 6350 doesn't get you far as those things are weak as can be.

Not even bios modding or screwing around with the voltage curve will do much

Then again its an old display adapter card

Atleast it supports dx11 unlike nvs 300 which is only dx10

Maybe op can find a cheap workstation gpu thats dx12 and use that instead

Or mess around with cheap tesla k20 or k40 gpus found on ebay and getting them to output out of another card
