GPU not working properly

I have an rx 570 4gb armor oc and it won’t show anything. Fan spins. Windows detected. 8 pin is connected and works.

 

I’ve already tried changing ram slots, changing power supply’s, reseating the GPU, using the other graphics card slot, and I tried using a different pc.
