At low/medium settings, should be possible. Would just get a plan 1080p 144hz TN panel for that setup.

Don't know about valorant but in CSGO you will definitely get above 144FPS even hat max settings 1080p. CSGO is very easy to run. Even with my old Radeon HD6870 back in the day I was getting around 200FPS maxed.
