The ThinkPad P50 may suit your needs, you can have two M.2 drives and one 2.5" drive (or two 2.5" drives). 

If you want something smaller, the T480 has two bays (one M.2+one standard 2.5"). Not as much as you need, but you probably don't need a whole other drive just for a bootloader.

Hey there, 

 

for a while I wanted to have a notebook but couldn't decide on Windows or Linux only. 

Now I have the following idea:

A notebook with 3 Ssd's. Why you ask? 

One for grub bootloader to select one of the other os's on the other 2 Ssd's. 

Does anyone know a Laptop with 3 Ssd slots (I guess Nvme will be the only choice) with respectable specs? 

I thought I'll ask here before starting a day long search.

You want a whole drive for a bootloader? That is hilariously inefficient and probably a pain to set up.
