Hi, I'm interested in this computer:

https://www.udoo.org/docs-bolt/Hardware_References/Overview.html

I want to connect a SATA spinny disc drive to the M.2 B Key slot instead of an M.2 drive. In the Udoo it's a 2260 slot.

I found this converter:

http://www.iocrest.com/index.php?id=2229

Does anyone see a potential problem? Or should it work? Looks like B+M can do 10Gb/s, so I would imagine the SATA III drive will work at 6 as advertised? I know I'll need to power the drive somehow off board.

Does the machine not have a standard SATA port to plug the drive into..?
