My cousin upgraded his computer after his stopped working for some reason. I've been trying to save his old system which is rather old. But still worthy parts.

When I give it power everything spins up but there's no image on screen and I get an error code of "21" which apparently means "Init Heuristic Power Management (HPM)" I have no clue what that means and Google was no help. Does anyone else know what that means?

To what I have read it looks to be a bad board some part on the machine. That error is telling you about some hardware power draw issue of some sort.

So, what does that mean I have to do?
