New PC Display issues

So I recently received this prebuilt OEM PC

Lenovo - Legion Tower 5 AMD Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7-5800 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 - 512GB SSD + 1TB HDD - Raven Black

 

I don't have a monitor but I do have 2 tvs. I turned on and plugged into hdmi. No signal on either. Fans spinning on graphics card, lights on. Cpu fan spinning as well. All seems to be on and connected. After trouble shooting nothing changed. Took it to a PC repair shop. He plugged it into a monitor and it immediately displayed. He set it to 1024×768 so that when I get home it will display on TV. Which it did.

 

I then put resolution up to 1920×1080 as tv supports it. Worked. But when I restarted computer to install program. Again no display. Going to go buy a monitor and hope it works and this problem goes away. 

 

If anyone has any idea why it may be doing this. I would greatly appreciate it.
