Im using my computer which I just upgraded to the Gigabyte H87-D3H motherboard and a Corsair CX750 and a Gigabyte R9 280X Windforce OC GPU, and while using it every minute or two i get a strange thing happen were the screen shakes down and back up for not even half a second, it is very annoying.

Also my PC wont boot into windows when I have my TP-LINK WN851ND PCI Wifi Card installed, it just goes black just before start up and or blue screens, or gets into windows on rare occasion and freezes shortly after.

If you are using VGA, don't use VGA.

BSOD's are related the great majority of time of faulty hardware. The other times is a when a driver crashed and Windows was unable to restart it.

im using hdmi from monitor and the other end is DVI, never had  aproblem with this monitor in the last 3 or so months ive had it, just since new cpu gpu and mobo

I want to know the VGA of your dedicated GPU.

Usually (unless thing just changed), you have a DVI to VGA adapter that comes with graphic cards. It looks like this:

It could be a different color, but it looks like that.

If you have one from an older graphic card it will work as well on your current graphic card.

It doesn't have vga as it's a high end GPU
