Screen Tear In Any Game NEED HELP PLEASE

Bowriing

I have covered the basic and some advanced troubleshooting such as, checking hardware/cables + monitor. All work fine and no deficiencies. Also tried RTSS to configure scanline sync and no help too. V-sync doesn't even work nor does triple buffering so I'm lost now any advice?

In addition to PC specs, have you tried to limit FPS inside graphics drivers??? For Nvidia, this will be under [Manage 3D Settings], global settings, and something along the lines of max FPS.

Try v-sync, unless you're playing competetive games, It helps with tearing by having it on. Also as mentioned before fps cap can help

Do you have MSI Afterburner installed at all with RivaTuner Statistics Server (RTSS)?

RTSS has a Max FPS limiter as well, you can try that and see if it works.
