Good afternoon everyone,

About 6 months ago I put this PC together (specs below) and the same issue has persisted despite changing out core parts multiple times (swapped MOBO, swapped for better QVL Ram, swapped PSU, Swapped SSD). while the system generally works fine when I am able to boot into Windows 10 and I've been able to underplot it using PBO2 and Curve Optimzer with per core settings without issue - when I attempt to sometimes "reboot," or "restart" the system, it will fail to post or even load into Bios.

I thoughI have solved this issue for a little while when I had adjusted memory settings to enable "Gear Down Mode," but the issue has seemingly returned after just a few days of no issues. Now I am back to where I started with about every other reboot/restart failing and having to continuously power down the system with a hard power off through holding the power button down.

I've cleared the CMOS, reset the connections, reset the CPU and reapplied thermal paste multiple times. I've ensured memory is placed in correctly according to the manuals request (2 32GB DIMMS)).

Any assistance with this or help as to why I might get this issue would be appreciated.

Specs:
Windows 10 Pro

AMD Ryzen 5600X
ROG Strix X570 Gaming - E Motherboard (Latest Bios as of June 2021)
Rident Z Neo 3600Mhz 2x32Gb Ram
Arctic II 240mm Watercooler Freezer
RTX 2080 Super
Inland 1TB SSD NVME
PSU is 750w Corsair MX
H500 Case w/ 2 Case Fans

General Bios Settings:
DOCP (XMP) Enabled
Mem. Freek - 3600mhz
FCLK: 1800
CVORE - Auto
SOC - Auto
DRAM Voltage - 1.35

As for some of the Q-Codes I see often tend to be the following from the ASUS-ROG Strix Manuala and they are not the same all the time, but these show up most often:
English Manual Link: Here
54: Unspecified memory Initialization Error
A0: IDE Initialization Started
A3: IDE Enable

A9: Start of Setup
A6: SCSI Detect

Thanks in advance for any help you may provide! This has been absolutely obnoxious.
