Bugging rtx 2070

Hello, 

I got my gigabyte rtx 2070 super 3x and I have a random stuff going with the card. When I want to boost fan speed or try to overlooking the screen going black the turning back on. Disconnecting the the monitors. But this only happens when I trying to boost the gpu. I tryed Aorus engine (the main app), msi afterburner, extreme gaming. To me it looks like gpu is locked for making changes.

Maybe any suggestions?
