Building Gaming pc

Am a beginner in PC gaming, and am trying to get a gaming pc but I have a budget problem and its kinda of a hustle to by PC parts where I am, so I wanted to know if its possible to build a gaming PC out of a dell optiplex 330 and if its possible how do I go about it?

You could always buy that, and then add a cheap GPU that doesn't require external power such as the GT 1030, GTX 1050ti, or even the 1650, but good luck finding them at a decent price
