System Reserved memory

I have install 8gb ram but only 5.88gb usable.

Where is my other 2gb ram ?

i acc have the same problem except i have 6.53gb useable im not sure what the problem is

Agree with this. Also, if you really need that memory back, you could disable the iGPU. But be warned, your battery life will be in the toilet.

It's possible that you can reduce the allocated memory in the BIOS, but laptops usually don't have the most options in that regard. Worth a look though.
