i recently saw linus video about windows 11 and decided to join the dev channel so i could try use it... BUT when i tried to join it said my pc didnt meet minimum spec. So i went into bios to enable secure boot.

i disabled cms so i could access secure boot settings and when i saved and exited, my pc wouldnt boot to either OS or BIOS.

i have tried clearing cmos to no avail.

Anyone having a similar problem or any solutions?

my pc:

r5 3600XT

gigabyte rtx 2060 oc

gigabytle b450m ds3h wifi

16gb thermaltake 3600 ram

no, but all fans and light are on. There is a strange pattern in the fans where it gets louder and softer. sounds like some kinda cycle it is stuck in.

You probably did something wrong while setting up the video settings. Remove your Graphics card and run the system without it for few minutes and ignore any beeps(it causes the BIOS to forget video card settings) and install your GPU back again.

try this steps to enter bios

Step 1: Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security. Step 2: Under the Recovery window, click Restart now. Step 3: Click Troubleshoot > Advanced options > UEFI Firmware Settings. Step 4: Click Restart and your PC can go to BIOS.
