Help pc keeps crashing

Every game I play i get a fatal error, I can play for a good hour or so and then I'll get that message I recently got a new motherboard and processor. Do I need to do a fresh wipe on all my drives and reinstall windows? I've tried alot of troubleshooting and I think I have fixed the issue with my pc restarting would get a bug called KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED and the cause of it was either ntoskrnl.exe or ntkrnlmp.exe Old hardware I7-6700k Asrock Fatal1ty z170 New hardware I7-11700k Asus prime z590a Rest of my pc specs 2080ti 3

I did a fresh install and formatted all the drives but now my pc just restarts out of nowwhere

im not fully sure about this but I think the KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED can be caused by corrupt system files, maybe due to bad memory

If you have any overclocks, turn them off. Do OCCT tests on CPU and GPU, and memtest86 for checking your RAM.
