Help me please

Okay, like i have a 1070 and i've saw some benchmark on youtube where the gpu does like 100+ fps max settings. Well, mine does 40 fps with lowest one... 

I don't really know how guys, it keeps at 40 degrees

 

 

 

Pc specs:

Cpu: I5 7400 Gpu: Nvidia 1070 Ram: 16Gb and if you need some other informations just ask i'll wrote the important one

40 degrees means it probably not under load. make sure whenever you launch the app that its using the 1070 not any other gpu. also make sure your hdmi cable / dvi/ whatever display cable you are using is connected to the gpu not the motherboard

Clean install the latest drivers using NVCleanstall

Enable Hardware Accelarated GPU Schleduling

 

As @InfernalClaw said, it seems like a gpu bottleneck. Maybe a slow Single Channel RAM limitation?

I've just checked and it's plugged in my monitor and not in the motherboard, when i launch the game btw the cpu goes 100% and gpu 20%..
This happen also in games like assetto corsa

you know the cable connected to the monitor? the other end of it should be connected to the gpu not the motherboard

Single Channel ram hurts performance a lot. That's one reason why you're getting such low framerates

that should cause issues but i am not sure if its what causing your fps to be so low

yes just reinstall it using custom installation and click on clean install or you can just download display driver uninstaller and do it manually

go to graphics settings on your windows and you should find it at the top

Right click on your desktop and select display settings. Next, scroll to the bottom and click “Graphics settings”. You will then see an option to toggle Hardware Accelerated GPU Settings on and off

 

Also, uninstall your current GPU drivers using DDU and then download the latest GPU drivers and use the tool NVCleanstall to install them

Try using DSR in the Nvidia control panel 3D settings, if using a 1080p display, change it to on and try 1.75x, this will render the images at 1440p and display at 1080p. The result is to take the load off the CPU and increase GPU usage. This may help with the fps, try different quality settings until you hit an acceptable experience.
