Low FPS when using Steam VR

Hey guys, I have an RX 580 and get decent performance when playing VR with my quest 2. But when I got Beat Saber through Steam and started playing, I was getting pretty low FPS in VR, but on my pc the window with the VR it was mirroring was getting much higher FPS, and my graphics card said it was only operating at 50% usage. Does anyone know why this is happening? I don't know if its like since I'm using oculus link the usb isn't prioritized by the graphics card but I don't know. Also I have ran much more graphical games than beat saber in VR, with way higher frames, thanks.
