I have an AMD Radeon Rx 560 OEM and I don’t know what gpu will be able to replace and fit in my case. Just knowing the length won’t help a lot because the place where you connect my gpu to the motherboard makes the gpu really close to the wall if that makes any sense. There is 4 1/2 centimeters of space from the part where the gpu connects to the edge of the wall.

That gap is normal. If you look up pictures of graphics cards, you'll see that they all have a decent sized gap between the PCIe pins and the card's outputs.

The bigger concern will be whether or not the power supply has the needed connections to hook up a graphics card that doesn't pull all of its power from the slot. If it does not, that really limits your upgrade options.

Any PCIe graphics card will have the same ~4.5" distance between the ports and the slot pins.

Does your PSU have any PCIe power cables? They should look similar to this. If you do have them it may have two extra pins on one side.:
