PC shuts down randomly while playing games.

My PC shuts down randomly when I'm playing League of Legends and some other games. I watched my cpu temp using realtemp and it is staying at a 47 C when playing the game. Any ideas why?

Specs: i7 3930k, R7970, Asus Rampage IV formula, OCZ 1000w Fatality PSU

the best way I think to test your psu is stressing out all your hardware, and see how your psu manages.   Check your gpu temps and maybe you could replace the thermal page on your gpu if it gets burning hot.

Also revert any overclocks to stock and run something like unigene valley benchmark and see if your computer shuts down.  Also disable things like windows update which could also do it.
