Hello,

Can somebody help me with my problem?

I have:

  • GPU: Inno3D Rtx 3070 ti x3 OC

  • CPU: I7 8700k OC 4.9GHZ (1.33V)

  • Motherboard: MSI Z370 gaming m5

  • RAM: 2 duel link channel 2x8GB 3000MHZ

  • PSU: Corsair 750W (Gold)

  • SSD: Samsung 970 evo plus 512GB

I don't know if my CPU is bottlenecking my GPU or sideways, but I have seen that is not the case and still getting low fps on overall games like:

  • COD: Warzone: Getting sometimes 100-120fps ( everything low + 1080p)

  • shadow of the tomb raider: (Shown though screenshots)

           https://ibb.co/R40WGHB

           (FHD, 144hz, SMAAT2)

  • Cyberpunk 2077: RTX off / (everything on ultra) still not higher then 60 fps with 1080p or 2k

Here is my 3Dmark test: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti video card benchmark result - Intel Core i7-8700K Processor,Micro-Star International Co., Ltd. Z370 GAMING M5 (MS-7B58) (3dmark.com)

What do you mean with "cpu times 6 GPU times 4"

what screenshots?

Looked at your 3D Mark results. Two things:

1. It says Average temperature 79 °C for your GPU which is OK but a bit on the warm side. Whats your case?

2. It says this about your memory config:
Memory 16,384 MB
Module 1 4,096 MB Corsair DDR4 @ 3,016 MHz
Module 2 8,192 MB Corsair DDR4 @ 3,016 MHz
Module 3 4,096 MB Corsair DDR4 @ 3,016 MHz
Do you have 2x4GB sticks and 1x8GB stick ?

Try installing Afterburner and RTSS and look at your temps and usage in game. And post those if you can.

and yeah I am running 2x4 and 1x8 DDR4 Corsair I thought it was no big deal or is it?

my case is: Aerocool P7-C1BG bk ATX.

I will do that tomorrow it's rather late now.

you have in warzone CPU times in ms and GPU times in ms for example: https://ibb.co/zmgRgBp

( I took it for the internet)

BTW, it isn't that my CPU is 'bottlenecking' with my GPU right?

lt's just a menu but looking at the performance overlay it doesn't seem like that it is thermals or your CPU bottleneckig your GPU.

You certainly can do that but it is not ideal for performance. To get the best performance you generally should use an even number of sticks, form the same batch, same size, frequency and latency.

I don't know much about your board but running 3 sticks sometimes disables dual-channel support for the other two sticks.

Before doing anything else I would try and get the same 8GB RAM stick (meaning same brand, model, frequency and latency) you already have. Throw the 4gb sticks out and only run the two 8Gb sticks and see if your performance increases

Nothing wrong with your setup, it's just the game being broken over and over again. It's a know "feature". So relax and enjoy the last remaining month this title has on this earth before it's replaced by the next cash-grab simulator.
