Benchmarking timing software?

Hey all.

I'm about to start a project (youtube channel, website ect.) talking about photography, but more about workflow.

Anyway, I know we have a ton of programs like Cinebench and "renders" that many channels and guides use, but I want to be focusing soley on photography.

I want to do things like export 100 photos in lightroom, import 100 photos into photo menchaic, render a large pano.
Run a large action on a few photos.

So many benchmarks are done around video editing or gaming, but this is a field that is often missed

Sorry, what's your question?

Do you want ideas of other tests you can run, or looking for software that can time the test?

Any stopwatch. Your phone is possibly the easiest, or Windows Clock (built-in).

The way reviewers run their tests are with phone. If the software they use doesn't have log feature to mark times automatically. Ofc you will have margin of error to work with. But that's with any testing, and usually it's like 3% at most.
