Check your cpu + gpu utilization, clockspeed, and temps idle and gaming

Might just be thermal throttling or bloatdows 10 with ever more bloatware and telemetry xD

my cpu _gpu barely being used while playing valorant clockspeed are fine like around 4.0ghz and temps of cpu around 70 and gpu around 40

Seems like the gpu is being underutilised or accidentally underclocked  or staying at baseclock for some reason

Download and run msi afterburner, set power limit to max and overclock the gpu core by 100mhz initially and go in 25mhz steps till unstable (with a benchmark running in the background) for gpu memory do a 200mhz initial overclock and go in 50 mhz steps till unstable (also with a benchmark running in the background)

UserBenchmark is meaningless garbage.

so what do you recommend

Any of the standard and well regarded benchmarking applications: Cinebench, 3DMark, etc.

Do you have geforce experience for the latest nvidia drivers?

Have you ever installed bios updates on your motherboard?

Are you using two sticks of ram?

Do you ever muck around with settings in the bios or basically keep it with defaults?

i do have the geforce experience and have the latest drivers

i have done the bios update once to the latest about 2 months ago

2 stick of ddr4 3200mhz ram only two slots available

only thing i fiddled in bios was the xmp and pdo
