Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Path of exile, Esports tittles, mmorpgs.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

I'm currently looking to upgrade my old set up and I need guidance.

I also need to fit in a 144hz monitor. (budget $820 or php 40,000)

Current setup.

Cpu: i5 6500 (stock cooler)

Motherboard: Msi B150m bazooka

Gpu: Gtx 1060 3gb

Ram: corsair vengeance 8x2 2666 ddr4

Power supply: Seasonic m12ii 520watts

Storage: 120gb ssd (for os) and a two 1tb hhd

 

I can probably reuse my ram (if 2666mhz still okay this day), drives and case depends on the budget.

I recommend you save your GPU now because finding one with good price is so hard , For the case you can still take a cheaper one like the 275R or something with mesh front panel and buy a 5 kit of fans from arctic for 45$  https://pcpartpicker.com/product/LmCFf7/arctic-p12-pst-563-cfm-120-mm-fans-5-pack-acfan00137a or you can stay with the old one

For MB don't go with cheaper one because you cant find one as good as this one with this price, the stock cooler is meh
