I need help narrowing my options down, and matching parts together so I won’t bottleneck the system.  I want suggestions for everything.  Please include the reasons why (or why not) for your suggestions, so I can make an informed decision.  United States

Requirements: I want a whisper quiet super fast pc with extremely fast boot and shut down, that will stay cool (air cooling with large quiet fans).  I want it to be reliable, easy to maintain, and last for a good 4+ years without having to do much to it, so I want high quality parts with good reputation and am willing to pay more for them instead of budget parts.

Budget: probably somewhere around $1000-1500+

Timeframe: ASAP

Main uses:.  I like to have a lot of things open at one time and don’t want my pc slowed down by it: heavy internet browsing with Firefox  (I usually have a ridiculous amount of tabs open- over 100+ tabs at one time including some youtube videos, pdf files, etc.)  I usually also have Chrome pulled up at the same time with facebook and maybe a few other tabs, as well as a few word documents, and sometimes maybe a few other programs (all open at one time, switching between them) so I need excellent multi-tasking.  I will store all of my music, pictures and HD home videos, photo editing and probably a little bit of editing of home videos and then burn them onto blu ray. Very light gaming (usually only play Nancy Drew and some facebook games).

Storage: Samsung 840 EVO SSD desktop kit   for boot drive, some programs, etc.

Storage: large HDD for file storage- looking at Hitachi or Western Digital- I want high quality, low failure rate, fast but quiet.  Which speed should I get for best compromise between performance, speed, noise level, and reliability (recs on specific models)?  I’ve heard Hitachi Deskstar 7K3000 have low failure rates….

Storage: external HDD for backups.

CPU: Intel i7 4770 (non k)I will not be overclocking but may use the turbo boost

CPU cooler: I’ll try stock first, change only if not quiet enough or need more cooling.

Memory: 16G DDR3 1600MHZ G Skill Ripjaws or Corsair Vengeance

Video Card: will try integrated first.  will the Intel 4600HD be enough for HD quality and for what I want to do with the pc?  If I need one, I want quiet without much heat, prefer external exhaust to keep pc cooler.

OS: Windows 8.1, 64 bit

Monitor 1080p Widescreen suggestions 24” or so

Motherboard: Asus Z87 Deluxe- will this board connect directly to the front panel usb 3.0 and 2.0 ports on case? (I want: usb 3 connectors for front panel, 3.0 boost, Sata 3, debug led, all 4 pin fan connectors, multi-core enhancement)

Multi-card reader- internal, need 3.5” bay in case for it.  SD, SDHC, Memory Stick pro duo, Memory Stick Pro-HG Duo HX...

Fans: large extremely quiet pwm fans.  I’ll try the ones that comes with the case first and replace if needed.

Case: mid tower, quieting features such as sound-deadening/noise absorbing material, good air cooling, front panel usb 3 ports (direct connect to mb front headers, not to rear ports), prefer air filters-external removal, easy to clean,.  Maybe Antec P280 or Fractal Define R4. Edit: I think I might like the Nanoxia Deep Silence 1 better.

Blu ray burner- fast, internal

Power Supply: modular, quiet, efficient.  How many watts do I need for this setup to keep it running between 20% (idle)-75% (under load) with option to add gpu later?

I've looked at that site and I will use it after I decide what I want. I need help with picking parts. There are so many different options that it's overwhelming. I need specific model recommendations for parts and comments on weather or not what I've chosen will work well for what I want to do.
