Budget (including currency): $2,400 CAD

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Minor Gaming, CAD, Software Development

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I'm looking for a machine that'll be relevant for the next 5 years. I'm currently using my Grandma's old desktop machine (with an SSD and memory upgrade) but it's really starting to limit my gaming capability, CAD, and software development (I work partially at home).

 - I've got a spec'd out machine on newegg (also attached as a picture): https://newegg.io/689c409

 - Don't care about RGB or aesthetics

 - Preferably water cooling for noise

 - No need for Windows, Linux to the moon!

Thoughts? Are there better options? Anything worth spending a little more on? a little less on?

Thanks!

Don't buy a 2060 for $1000. Even with prices now I wouldn't pay that much. Maybe $600.
