Dualsense acting weird

I was playing some Rocket League a few days ago and my inputs randomly stopped working. Today I booted the game back up, expecting the controller to work again because I rebooted my PC. It still doesn't seem to work great. It keeps on making the Windows disconnect/connect sound every second and inputs either get stuck or don't register at all. I've tried with other games, same stuff. I usually plug it into the front USB, but tried the rear to see if it helps. It's better, but still skips a lot of inputs. I've tried a different cable which makes no difference. Anything else I can try?
