HWiNFO and/or MSI Afterburner, with RivaTuner

HWiNFO and MSI Afterburner can show you different stats and so on. 
RivaTuner enables the overlay you see ingame.

He have ran MSI Afterburner, HWiNFO64, AIDA64, and Rivatuner for thermal monitoring software in the modern studio era. Rivatuner is more for in game thermal overlay and is connected with MSI Afterburner. HWiNFO and AIDA is for desktop, and usually ran side by side with a stress test app with the AIDA itself having a stress and stability test mode integrated to the app.
