Hi I have an Intel dq45cb and I need to update the bios and Intel stop givin their mobos support does anyone know a safe website were I can update the bios

Why do you need to update the BIOS? If Intel has stopped supporting it (which they have) there's no way else to "update" it further.

Main: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D, Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti, 16 GB 4400 MHz DDR4 Linux - Fedora

Do you have a solid source that says a BIOS existed that will support it?

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Not the question I asked.
