ok, time to send nicehash an email. Luckily that's the only website that uses it so I don't have to do this a million times.

Don't expect them to make it easy on you.  Do you not have the "seed key" that you scanned when you set 2FA up on nicehash?  It's usually 13 or more characters/numbers long.  They only show it the one time when you are setting 2FA up on an account.  I ALWAYS write that down on a piece of paper.  I then enter the key manually from my written note so that I KNOW I HAVE IT WRITTEN down correctly.  These of course are things I learned over the years.  If you had that then you could re-enter the key into your Google Authenticator app on your new phone and viola!  Have your code numbers you need to log in with.

The above being said I also want to mention that if the old phone could be revived even briefly you can click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner of the GA app and choose "TRANSFER ACCOUNTS" from the drop down menu.  Then choose EXPORT ACCOUNTS and the phone will display a QR code.  With your NEW PHONE do the same thing but pick IMPORT ACCOUNTS instead of Export and scan the QR Code being displayed on your OLD PHONE and it will transfer ALL THE QR CODES from your old phone's GA app to your new phone.  I mention this because depending on how broke your phone is it might be worth getting it repaired and doing this instead of trying to get your accounts to reset your GA codes.  They don't take it lightly and it's not easy.  I can't say exactly how hard because I have never actually done it.  I have 60 or 70 dollars on an account that is locked and I finally just decided it was easier to create another account.  I consider it a $70 lesson.  I have the seeds written down for all my accounts now.  It won't happen again.

Good luck!
