For the last couple of weeks the 760 has worried me so much. I used the asus gts450 until march then at last I had the chance to upgrade it to a 760. At the same time I started playing bf4. Ofcourse gtx 760 is not a high end card but still good enough for bf4. My current settings are all on high with no AA. At the first game time played I get good fps at around 60~70. But after 2,3 maps I feel like thing have gotten slower gradually with fps of 40s to 50s. At severe ongoings around my area in maps such as seige of shanghai I get 30fps framedrops and 40 to 50 on average. Furthermore I hear buzzing noises on my GPU. I checked programs to know the throttle/temperatures its obvious to get 99 throttle with 70~80 degree Celsius. Since I bought it jist for the purpose of bf4 I feel like its not worth it. Or is it only my computer that has problems? Or is it the cpu thats at its bottle neck?

Just incase my specs

Ram samsung 4GBx2 10600U

If you close BF4 then reopen it, does it go back up to good FPS?

I've had problems with this, I started to get drops below 60FPS, but it jumped back up after I restarted BF4. I've heard other people having similar issues too.

There seems to be something wrong with it, if it were a CPU bottleneck it wouldn't gradually slow down it would be immediate. Also it's impossible for any single GPU to be bottlenecked by any recent intel quad core.

I heard severe buzzing noises. As if electricity is passed through the gpu.

As if electricity is passed through the gpu

thats how it works :P

but its the gpu itself making the sound its the same as a cpu coil wine but for gpus
