Hi! I'm helping my brother to troubleshoot his PC. He has a dual-boot configuration of Windows 7 and Windows 10 on his laptop.

Windows 7 works fine, but Windows 10 has stopped working. There are multiple users on the computer, but it is set to auto-login to a "kiosk" user.

The problem is, that it is impossible to log in to this kiosk user. Windows gets into some kind of super-weird login loop. See this video:

We have let it stay on for a long while and re-tried several times. After a few minutes, the screen still flashes as in the video above, but this image can be seen if you record a slow-motion video and look at it:

The computer has Swedish as the language, so the error message says the following (translated to English):
"Could not start your app. Press Ctrl + Alt + Del to log out or contact the system administrator. Search online after error code 0xffffffff [i think it is 0x[8 f's], it's hard to tell since the error message only flashes on the screen and is gone after less than a second] if you want more information".

The app that is configured for the kiosk user is Google Chrome, according to my brother.

So, the problem now is that since this "Kiosk" user is configured to auto-login with Windows 10, I can't get into the system and remove or troubleshoot that particular account.

What are the further steps that can be taken to resolve this issue?
