Fresh windows install on new hdd, BSOD

For future reference: It turns out I'm retarted, i forgot to install the chipset/mb driver.

So yesterday my Seagate  HDD Decided to die on me, i went and bought an WD Blue and installed windows on it.

 

Now the computer boots up, and i can do basic stuff like explore files, but if i go on chrome and go to a website the PC will crash and give me a BSOD with the tiltle: Driver irql not less or equal.

 

I've tried reinstalling windows and updating the drivers and it's still not working, anyone out there who have had the same problem or know a solution to it?

This is usually caused by bad memory.

Run Memtest for a few hours and see if there are any errors.

Also run crystal disk you might have got a defective hdd

This is usually caused by bad memory.

Run Memtest for a few hours and see if there are any errors.

Could it have something to do with the ram being set forr 1333mhz instead of 1600 in the bios?

Nope, just run memtest. One of your sticks might have an error.

I have an 8gb stick laying around, the test is running but would it be easier to try to use it?

So the test is done, no errors. Here's some pictures   there are some duplicates in there.
