Prime95 processes not running?

If it drops a worker, it's not stable.

 

More voltage only if you can cool it. High temps will make the chip unstable also.

 

Trial and error. Keep tweaking.

Ok so I've overclocked my 10700k to 4.9ghz at 1.350V and yet I still get the issue where 1 of prime95's workers stop running. Why is this and does it matter that 1 of the workers doesnt run does it mean my system will freeze? If I increase the voltage will it let all of the workers run?
