Need help identifying GPU

I am trying to identify a GPU I have, but GPU-Z is rather vague in the naming (pic attached) "AMD Radeon R9 200 Series". Also when I look it up using the Device ID I get "Curacao PRO [Radeon R7 370 / R9 270/370 OEM]", but GPU-Z has Pitcairn.
