High DPC latency issues

I've been having high DPC latency issues on PC for a long time, and its because of my GPU driver. I was using windows 7 and the latency wasn't that bad but noticeable on windows 7 but after switching to windows 8 it got 10 times worse now my mouse, audio and video is lagging like crazy. I've tried lot other forums and can't find any solution and i don't know how to fix it can anyone please help me.
