AndroidBox does not run Netflix

I have Android Box x96 mini (Andoid 7.1 OS) and Netflix app does not work, I cant move the screen and the resolution is awful. Do you know if should update it or download a previous APK version? So far, the previous Netflix versions I found which might work are 4.8.3 amd 6.26.1.  I also do not know if the device is rooted or not, nor if that even matters.

If the device isn't properly certified, then it isn't going to have widevine support meaning that apps like netflix will be SD only regardless of if you update the app or not.
