Hey,

So, I have an i5 9600K, which im really happy with, does all the things I want etc..

I started to monitor the cpu clocks and with the performance plan on high performance(my main plan), i saw that when at idle, with nothing in the background, the cpu would go to about 3.95-4ghz. But as soon as i would put a load on it e.g cinebench r23, the clocks would drop to 3.796.

Even when gaming, the cpu would do this

The all core boost of the 9600k is 4.3ghz.

When under 100 percent load, the temps are between 55-65 degrees c.

I do run an asus prime h310 plus r2.0 so could the shitty vrms be limiting it?

Tried re installing windows, resetting bios etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
