So i just assembled my computer into a new case, and after starting up again everything seems fine but when i play something intensive in general my second screen starts flikering with horizontal lines. Im leaving my old post which is the reason why i changed my case and my PSU and its working fine now without shutdowns the only thing is really these horizontal lines of shade that show up erratically on the screen when im playing something heavy. I attempted to record the lines but i couldnt since the video would translate badly from my phone. I heard it has something with the refresh rates, being that i have a 144HZ monitor and a 60HZ to the right, im not sure really what to do in case thats the issue, ive even tried revering my 144HZ to 60HZ but it didnt help the second one fixing itself.

Any help would be deeply appreciated, thank you to everyone in advance.

(Full list of specs except the PSU are listed on this post)

What is your GPU model? If you have a weak or old gpu it might not be able to rendender all the frames on both screens or it can indicate that it is dying.Has this issue occured before and how old is your GPU?Did you try reseating the GPU?Or perhaps some wires are not properly plugged in to your GPU or motherboard.Just putting your old PC to a new case doesn't create issues like that.It might be something else....

My GPU is quite recent and although i have some indication of defect i think its unrelated, the GPU Rattles when at a certain speed frequency.

i was lucky enough to get a 3060TI OC, from zotac, which ill definitely activate my warranty when im at a time that i can give up my PC for a while, looking at the wires everything seems fine, so im really at a loss.

same issue with another secondary monitor???

In the most cases horizontal Lines are because of the monitor.

Dont have another one to test but since it works fine when not running heavy games makes me doubt it

Mmm,what about your CPU.The recommended processor for this GPU is an AMD Ryzen 7 series' 5800X CPU.What CPU model do you have?If your processor can't keep up with your GPU it could cause the issue.

got a AMD 5.2600X which combines really well with this GPU, roughly only bottlenecking 2%max

Go to power options and change the plan to high Performance too see if it fixes the issue.Try using another monitor from a friend. If it works then buy a new monitor.

Power options are already enabled, ill try the monitor but i doubt its related.
