Graphics card issue

The two devices shouldn’t have much to do with each other.  Notabl, however, is that you had to open the machine and do things to install it, and something might have gotten jostled then.  So not the device but the installing OF the device may be the issue.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
