Trouble with first build

I have been working on my son’s  first computer. We purchased a Ryzen 5600x CPU. TUF gaming B550M-plus WiFi motherboard. Crucial 3600 DDR. All parts were said to work together from PCpartspicker. The problem is that when booting the ram light show white then turns off. The CPU turns red then turns off as well. I have done a BIOS update to make sure the motherboard is compatible. 
 

What should I do next as I am currently stuck and do not know what to do next please help.

Next is to download windows or your chosen operating system.

Lets check some simple stuff, is your monitor plugged into the on board or the gpu you installed?

As I don't think that cpu has an integrated GPU.

 

There is more, but I'm running around and can't look up the lights you describe.

I do not have a gpu yet due to the current situation. When I looked more the 5600x does not have an integrated GPU. 
 

Guess he will just have to wait.
