Is the Shure SM7B set as the default microphone in windows? Because if you have a webcam with a microphone, and set the OBS settings to windows default, then it will use the webcam microphone.

the output is System GOXLR and input is chat GOXL this is what is recommandet from goxlr team

Can you define what "sounds bad" means in this case? There are a lot of different it could be sounding bad, all of which are caused by different things. Posting a recording will help.

 

For example, someone applying a cheesy "bass boost" filter, terrible room acoustics and a clipping mic preamp all tend to sound awful. The solution is different for each of them.
