General GTA Online problems

Okay so,

 

Specs:

RTX2060

AMD Ryzen 5 2600X

16GB 3200Mhz

 

I've come so far, I'm so depressed that I've created an account and asking directly. 

So with the singleplayer is everything perfect, highest settings 60 fps capped with V-sync, same with the lowest settings, perfect. 

Well going into GTA Online, no matter what setting I use, when there are more than 10 people in the lobby I have mega drops to under 30 fps, or basically staying 40fps the whole time, I've tried anything to improve fps, I've changed command lines in the directory. Setting the game settings to maximum performance, so forcing yo use more gpu, which looked like it worked for a while, but after less than a week, it stopped working. I really tried everything on the internet. Also thought it may be a general gpu problem. Do you have any other solutions?

This is normal Online performance.

Yeah not really, sure if you want to play at high quality settings, but other people get to play 144hz on online aswell
