i have the following issue: everytime i try to connect to gta online, or warzone, the game gets stuck in the loading screen. then i close it via task manager after 10mins or so, after that, all my audio periphials stop working, my pc freezes, my desktop goes black, icons vanish and i have to shut it down via power button. also after that, the pc stays on after it shut down( lights, fans)
does anybody have an idea what that could be?

Note: My PC is brand new, self built

Hmm that should be good enough, have you checked your SSD for any disk errors? Also your 16GB, are you running dual sticks? if so remove one stick, do you get the same issues running in single channel 8GB?

yes, i ran a memcheck, wiped my entire pc, checked my nvme ssd, everythings okay. now on the official pc masterrace discord i ran into someone that has the same problem, he also tried everything but it didnt change anything. we now think that it is a bug that came with the newest windows update
