CHA_FAN is not being recognized in Bios

Unilision

Hello, so I'm experiencing an issue, my fans are connected together via, Thermaltake Commander FP controller. Using Inwin Sirius Loop Fans, I have it hooked and the fan controller plugged into my CHA_FAN header. The issue i'm experiencing is that it isn't being recognized in BIOS, resulting in me unable to change the fan speed. Currently they are running fine but it isn't increasing the speed curve based on temperatures.

On fully loaded my PC is currently at 65 C right now and I checked the controller but it's plugged completely fine. Is there a fix for this?

Okay, I've found a suspicious asterisk on the Thermaltake website. It says only the fan plugged into the glossy port will have its RPM detected. Please make sure one of your fans is plugged into the glossy port (the other 9 ports should be matte)
