So if I make my virtual ram 40gb which I have made then I think I could use my complete 4gb RAM at any place?

No.

 

Virtual memory is used to store currently not in use but loaded into memory components. Since many other things in windows need to stay active at all times you will never get full 4gb of ram for any task. Only way to do that is get more actual physical ram.

 

What is the problem you need so much virtual ram for?

Actually I play minecraft, my pc has 4gb ram and 4gb ram must be given to game to play it without lag so I thought if I will increase my virtual ram
then my pc system programs will be keep working and also I could use my full 4gb ram in game.
