Water damage keyboard

I've spilled water on my keyboard and after that the whole top line from esc and F1 till scroll lock does not receive power , after some investigation I've found this

 

does anyone knows a solution to fill in the missing material or something, I would like to buy a new one but I don't know what is called or if I'll find any(not a new keyboard , that transparent film with circuits on it)

 

razer wont help its out of warranty I have a ornata chroma
